Georgina Nembhard is a dedicated student success professional and former Division I track and field student-athlete with over a decade of experience guiding students through their academic journeys. She is currently pursuing her doctorate in Higher Education at the University of Virginia School of Education and Human Development.

Her career spans leading institutions—including the University of Virginia, the University of Georgia, the University of Florida, the University of Miami, and Miami University—where she has provided academic advising, coaching, and program development for different student populations. She is known for helping students navigate critical decisions, overcome academic and non-academic barriers, and develop strategies that foster persistence, confidence, and long-term success.

As the founder of Compass Student Success Coaching & Consulting, Georgina extends her expertise beyond the university setting to support students and families through personalized, high-touch guidance. Her approach blends structured strategy with compassionate mentorship, empowering individuals to clarify their goals, navigate complex academic environments, and stay on track toward meaningful outcomes.
